As the HAU team, we’re researching and commercializing the potential products of Mycelium technology. We’re adopting an approach that supports agriculture, based on cultivation, driven by R&D, and focused on product development, all  within the principles of the circular economy.

Mycelium is defined as the root structure of mushrooms. In fact, mycelium is an infinite source underground.

Mushrooms harbor variable characteristics across different species. Each of these
imparts unique properties to the structure it inhabits. Mushrooms, long consumed for
their high protein content and used in the pharmaceutical industry, are now being
developed as the raw material for biodegradable products in today’s sustainable world.
